Exceptional vineyards distinguish Green Valley, including such gems as Dutton�s Jewell Vineyard, Iron Horse�s Thomas Road, Dutton-Rued Vineyard, Martinelli�s Bondi Home Ranch, Dutton-Sanchietti, Hartford Court�s Arrendell Vineyard, Marimar Estates� Don Miguel Vineyard, DeLoach Vineyards, Emeritus Vineyards, Orogeny and The Rubin Family of Wines.
There are over 100 growers in the appellation. The AVA comprises a total of 19,000 acres, mostly planted to Chardonnay and Pinot Noir for both still and sparkling wines, plus some exceptional cool-climate Syrah and Zinfandel.
